Go Problem 477

I should really propose this PHP/XML setup for a project that my web teacher is managing, since I feel bad for her messing with over 250 files... But for whatever reason I'm afraid she'll get mad at me, and I'm almost certain that she wouldn't know how to do it herself, meaning I'd have to build it with my free time that I should really be dedicating to the next Go problem layout.

Oh! Why haven't I made a journal for that yet? I'm clueless as to what it'll be this time...
